If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please fill out the request form below. A Request will be receivable within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment after our return approval process. The product must be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.
Graphics: Printed graphics are non-refundable due to its custom nature.
However, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements.
