1. Upload Files

After placing orders, upload your art file preferably by noon (12:00pm PT).

2. Preflight Files

After upload files, the system automatically checks accuracy of your file size and creates a proof sheet for you to approve.

3. Review Proofs

You will get our Proof Email (or Issue Notification) quicker after checking your file(s). (*The Quick Proof does not check spelling or CMYK colors.)

4. Approve Proofs

Approve your Graphic Proofs through your account or reply with Approval via e-mail by 4:00pm PT the day prior to the assigned ship date.
Order adjustments must be finalized by 4:00 PM PT the day prior to the assigned ship date*.

**Turnaround time will start after proof approval. No customization allowed on SignForest Products.
